SG Workshop

At Storied Gemstones, we understand that being a faceter requires a unique blend of skills - part artist, part engineer, and part visionary. These skilled individuals use precision tools, exceptional rough, and creative instincts to transform raw gem materials into stunning works of art. However, being a faceter is not just a job; it's a way of life that brings balance, empowerment, and purpose. Faceters come from all walks of life, including doctors, entrepreneurs, bakers, software engineers, robotic specialists, professors, writers, and parents. They also spend a significant amount of time sharing their knowledge with others who are interested in learning the craft.

Due to their many responsibilities, many faceters may not have the time to sell their beautiful gems. That's why we've created a Storied Gemstones Workshop, to be a platform to help the faceting community sell some of their best gemstones.

We've been so impressed by the work of many fellow faceters, many of whom we've had the pleasure of meeting at events such as the gem shows in Tucson. We've invited these talented individuals to share a short bio, a photo, and some of their best gemstones for sale on our website. You can find their listings on the "Faceted Gemstones" page, which includes details on the cut design and the name of the designer and the identity of the talented faceter who created the gemstone. Some faceters have a distinct signature style that you might recognize!

We're excited to showcase the passion and dedication of our trusted faceters. Take a moment to learn about these individuals and explore their stunning gemstones. You might just find the perfect stone you've been searching for!
