Return Policy — Faceted Gemstone and Jewelry

Buying finished gemstones and jewelry is a very individual process. Online photos and descriptions are used to describe the jewelry, but holding and inspecting the jewelry is really the only way to be sure that the jewelry will meet your needs.
This is why we offer a 3-day return policy.  You are welcome to return the jewelry if all the following conditions are met.

    1    The item does not meet your needs.
    2    The item has not been altered in any way, shape, or form.
    3    The item is returned with a postmark within 3 business days of receiving it (postal delivery date).
    4    The item is returned fully insured.
    5    Shipping costs both to and from the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer.

We can not and will not accept returns on any item that has been damaged or altered in any manner.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected, found in its original condition, and within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made according to the original payments.

Please keep in mind that most rough we sell are natural rough stones and may have a series of imperfections that are found in nature. If you need a perfect piece of stone rough, please inform us before ordering.
